The VALOR project (Valorisation of knowledge-intensive ideas in the South Baltic Area), which is part-financed by the European Union (European Regional Development Fund), aims at bringing research-based inventions to the market. The project partnership comprises four project partners; Patent & Valorisation Agency Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Germany, Malmo University in Sweden, Medical University of Gdansk in Poland, Klaipéda Science and Technology Park in Lithuania and the associated partners Kaliningrad Innovative-Technological Centre in Russia and Klaipéda University in Lithuania.
